Steph is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, assessor and mentor for developing coaches and a trainer for the Neuroleadership Group. Steph is also a member of the Australian Tax Office Executive Coaching panel and has delivered Wellbeing and Personal Excellence coaching for high performing athletes through AIS/QAS.
David is a leading organisational and coaching psychologist with over thirty years of professional experience. He is the immediate past Chair of the College of Organisational Psychologists. He has worked for Deloitte, KPMG, Right Management and PA Consulting Group as well as founding and running a number of consulting firms.
Garrick is the Managing Director of AspireTM. He is a fully qualified industrial and organisational psychologist, and has held senior leadership positions in the energy industry. Garrick’s early leadership and management experience included international peace-keeping missions as an ADF officer, before transitioning to General Manager roles and launching AspireTM in 2015. He is a graduate of the AICD and a Fellow of the College of Organisational Psychologists.
